WatchGuard Partner
Unified cybersecurity, scaled to your reality.
WatchGuard brings together firewall (Firebox), EDR (EPDR), strong authentication (AuthPoint MFA) and advanced detection (ThreatSync XDR) on a single cloud platform. IMACS SERVICES deploys, configures and monitors this suite for SMEs and professional practices across Normandy.
Unified Platform

- EDR + endpoint protection
- EPDREDR + endpoint protection
- cloud MFA

Why WatchGuard?
Most SMEs accumulate security tools that don't talk to each other: an antivirus here, a firewall there, MFA somewhere else — and zero correlation. The result: ignored alerts, cascading attacks going undetected.
WatchGuard takes a unified platform approach:
- A single cloud console to manage firewall, EDR and MFA
- ThreatSync XDR correlates signals from all three products to detect complex attacks
- Native Zero Trust policy (continuous authentication + segmentation)
- Built for SMEs: no Splunk or expensive SIEM at £50k/year
The WatchGuard Suite
🛡 Firebox — next-gen firewall
Perimeter protection, URL filtering, gateway antivirus, SD-WAN, integrated with the WatchGuard cloud.
🔐 AuthPoint — cloud MFA
Two-factor authentication (push, biometrics, passkeys), VPN protection, cloud applications, Windows workstations. Anti-phishing.
💻 EPDR — Endpoint Protection + EDR
Next-gen antivirus + behavioural detection + automated response. Guards against ransomware, APTs and zero-days.
📊 ThreatSync — unified XDR
Correlates signals from Firebox + EPDR + AuthPoint for early detection of complex attacks.
Our WatchGuard Integration Service

Full suite: Firebox + EPDR + AuthPoint with MDR monitoring. Affordable per-seat pricing, no heavy upfront investment.
Voir nos forfaits TPE/PME →What WatchGuard protects you from
- Ransomware: EPDR blocks execution + ThreatSync detects abnormal behaviour before encryption begins
- Phishing: AuthPoint MFA prevents account takeover even if a password is stolen
- Lateral movement: Firebox segments your network so a compromised device cannot spread across the LAN
- Shadow IT: Firebox URL filtering blocks unauthorised applications
- Data exfiltration: ThreatSync correlates abnormal transfers and raises the alarm

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference from a standard antivirus (Bitdefender, Norton…)?
A standard antivirus simply compares files against a known signature database. EPDR adds:
- Behavioural detection (an unknown file encrypting your documents = blocked even without a signature)
- Automated response (endpoint isolation, rollback of changes)
- Centralised telemetry (visibility across 100 endpoints from a single console)
- XDR correlation (cross-referencing with what the firewall and MFA see)
A pure antivirus will not detect a modern ransomware. EPDR detects it before it encrypts your files.
How much does it cost?
The cost breaks down into several lines:
- Firebox firewall: hardware appliance (model sized to your workload) + service licences (gateway antivirus, IPS, URL filtering…)
- EPDR per endpoint: next-gen antivirus + EDR + telemetry
- AuthPoint MFA per user: cloud two-factor authentication
- MDR ThreatSync monitoring: 24/7 monitoring (optional)
- IMACS SERVICES fee: integration, Zero Trust configuration, admin training, day-to-day monitoring
We provide a personalised quote within 48 hours of the free pre-assessment (sizing, choice of Firebox model suited to your traffic, desired service level).
What if an attack gets through anyway?
EPDR blocks automatically, but no solution is 100% foolproof. Our commitments:
- ThreatSync MDR detects abnormal behaviour within minutes
- Our SOC is alerted 24/7 and initiates the response
- Incident plan documented at sign-off (who contacts whom, and in what order)
- Immutable backups (encrypted 3-2-1-1) guarantee restoration
Do you work with other firewall brands?
Yes: we also work with Bitdefender and Barracuda (see Barracuda page). The choice depends on your context: size, sector and existing infrastructure. WatchGuard is our default recommendation for SMEs with 10–150 endpoints, thanks to the unified platform's value for money. For larger or more specialised organisations (mid-market, significant WAF/email requirements), Barracuda or Bitdefender may be more appropriate.
