The 2026 e-invoicing reform: get ahead of it
From September 2026, the French government will make electronic invoicing mandatory for B2B transactions in France. In practice:
- All invoices issued to another French company must go through a Partner Dematerialisation Platform (PDP) or the Public Invoicing Portal (PPF)
- Paper or plain PDF formats will no longer be accepted
- Penalties for non-compliance start at €15 per invoice (capped at €15,000/year)

How much does Evoliz cost with an IMACS integration?
Two separate items:
- Evoliz SaaS subscription: public publisher pricing based on your profile and chosen options — see the official pricing at evoliz.com/tarifs
- IMACS integration service: audit, configuration, migration, training, support. Fixed-price or time-and-materials, depending on scope.

How long does an Evoliz integration take?
Faster than you might expect. Typical timelines:
- Sole trader / self-employed (no history, 1 user): 3 to 5 days
- Liberal profession (1–2 users, limited legacy data): 1 week
- Simple SME (1–3 users, migration from Excel or basic invoicing tool): 1 to 2 weeks
- Larger SME (5–15 users, Sage/Ciel/EBP migration, multi-entity): 2 to 4 weeks
- Firm or complex structure (multi-entity, third-party connections, RPVA/CARPA, in-depth training): 4 to 6 weeks

What happens in September 2026 if I am not e-invoicing compliant?
From September 2026, issuing B2B invoices in paper or plain PDF format will be rejected by your clients. DGFiP penalties start at €15 per non-compliant invoice (capped at €15,000/year). More importantly: your clients may simply stop paying you if you are not using the correct channel. That is why you need to act now, not in August 2026.
Which accountants do you work with?
We are independent: Evoliz exports journal entries in all standard formats (FEC, Sage, Ciel, Cegid, EBP, Coala, etc.), which you pass on to your existing accountant. We work regularly with several Normandy-based accountants and can make introductions if needed.
What if I am not satisfied after the integration?
The Evoliz subscription has no long-term commitment (monthly or annual depending on your plan). Our integration service is guaranteed: if the delivered solution does not meet the agreed specification, we correct it at no extra charge. And if you decide to leave Evoliz, your data is exportable in open formats (CSV, FEC) — no lock-in.
