Accessibility Statement

Compliance status

The imacservices.fr website has undergone an internal accessibility self-assessment, but not yet a full RGAA 4.1 audit carried out by a third party. In the absence of such an audit measuring every criterion of the framework, no official compliance rate is published, and the site is declared — out of caution and honesty — non-compliant in the strict sense of RGAA 4.1.

That self-assessment (automated analysis tools and manual checks, carried out on 5 August 2026) nevertheless shows a good baseline level of accessibility: it found no blocking defect on the templates tested (home page, content pages, form pages). The measures in place and the known limitations are detailed below. Commissioning a full RGAA audit from a specialised provider is the next step towards publishing an official compliance rate.

Accessibility measures already in place

• Keyboard navigation and a "Skip to main content" link
• Enhanced contrast (targeting WCAG AA/AAA on key areas)
• Accessibility widget (button at the bottom left): larger text, increased spacing, high contrast, a more legible typeface (Atkinson Hyperlegible), underlined links, reduced motion
• Semantic structure (headings, ARIA landmarks) and text alternatives for meaningful images

Non-accessible content

The self-assessment did not reveal any blocking non-compliance on the pages tested. The following points, however, have not been validated by a formal audit and may constitute non-compliances with RGAA 4.1:

• No criterion-by-criterion audit: the full set of RGAA 4.1 criteria has not been tested individually, particularly on rich components (multi-step estimate simulator, drop-down mega-menu, interactive questionnaires).
• Forms requiring JavaScript: submitting the forms (contact, call-back request, pre-diagnosis, telecom survey) requires JavaScript to be enabled; there is no version that works without it.
• Downloadable documents: any PDF documents (quotes, reports) are not guaranteed to comply with document accessibility rules.
• Accessibility adjustment tool: the adjustment widget (contrast, text size, typeface) improves reading comfort but has not itself been audited against RGAA.

No content is deliberately exempted on grounds of disproportionate burden, nor otherwise excluded at this stage.

How this statement was drawn up

This statement was drawn up on 5 August 2026 on the basis of an internal self-assessment carried out by IMACS SERVICES.

• Framework: RGAA 4.1 (the French public accessibility framework).
• Method: automated analysis (the accessibility audit built into the browser) supplemented by manual checks of page structure, form labels, ARIA landmarks and keyboard navigation.
• Test environment: recent Chromium browser, on desktop and in mobile viewport (375–390 px).

It will be updated once a full RGAA audit has been carried out by a specialised provider.
